Description

Everybody knows that if you want to catch giant northern pike, you've gotta go to Canada. And in the heart of Canada, lies the province of Manitoba. With a HUGE reputation of producing some of the biggest and best northern pike. Manitoba is truly a fisherman's paradise.

Northern pike are the most sought-after game fish in this part of the country. With their extreme strength, explosive strikes, they will most certainly provide one with a thrilling fight. There are many stories of large pike ripping apart lures, snapping lines and leaders, and occasionally breaking rods and burning up reels. The ability to sight-fish these huge monster pike in shallow water and watching them engulf your lure is definitely the most exciting part.

Northern pike and walleye thrive in these waters and are caught in abundance. With only 16 guests per week, strict catch and release policies, barbless hooks, and extreme care in releasing these trophy pike alive, this world class guide service is capable of providing trophy pike fishing adventures year after year and for generations to come.

The only way to this lake is to fly to their private airstrip. The main lodge houses a comfortable dining area and lounge where guests enjoy gourmet meals, and a great place to relax after a full day of battling giant pike. There are 7 guest cabins, ranging from 2-man, 4-man, to 6-man capacities. All with a breathtaking view of the lake and its magnificent sunsets. Each cabin is equipped with all of the essentials: showers, indoor plumbing, and 24 hour generated electricity. Every day, the cabins are serviced with fresh towels and light housekeeping. Satellite phone and high-speed internet are available.

They offer 4-day, 5-day, and 7-day guided or non-guided options out of the main lodge.

They also have 2 Outposts options

Option 1: This outpost is where a trophy pike fisherman's dreams come true! This lake is right in the middle of big pike country! Trophy pike and walleye are caught in abundance every week is the norm on this lake, which proves without a doubt, that this lake has the "big monsters" living beneath the surface of these dark waters! There have been many reports of big 50"+ pike too large to fit into the cradles, too heavy to lift, busting up equipment as they make their getaway.

Spend 7 days in a cabin high atop an island overlooking the west end of the Lake. The cabin accommodates 4 people and is equipped with everything one would need. The kitchen has a propane fridge, stove, and a BBQ on the deck, running water to the kitchen sink as well as a hot water shower room inside the cabin. This outpost camp is fully stocked with sleeping bags, linen, washcloths, towels, pillowcases, cleaning supplies and a complete food package.

Option 2: This outpost is where pike legends are born. Many monstrous pike have been caught and released on this lake, with the largest fish measuring between 50" to 55". This is truly an amazing feat that very few lakes can match. Walleye are also caught in abundance on this lake.

This spacious cabin accommodates 4-6 adults comfortably. It is equipped with a kitchen, supplied with running water and contains a propane fridge and stove, with a BBQ on the deck, an attached shower room with hot water. The cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, propane fridge and stove and communication to the main lodge. You will need to provide your own bedding and food for 7 days.
