* This is a self guided - on your own hunt. The ranch consists of more than 22000 acres of prime deer hunting habitat. A fully guided hunt is also available for hunters wanting that service.

* The trophy potential is good on this ranch. Bucks scoring 170 and above have been taken though most will be some where less than that. Hunt dates are any 5 days from early September to early November. Since this ranch manager does not specifically book guided hunts, he is very negotiable when it comes to setting your hunt dates. A rifle hunt for velvet bucks in September is available.

* The ranch is located in the Box Elder deer unit (GMU 1). The number of hunters allowed on the ranch are held down to provide a quality experience as well as increase the trophy potential. Camping is allowed on the ranch and ATV's are welcome, if not required, as many of the roads are impassable with a truck.

* The management buck hunts are for any buck with one antler that has only 3 points (a 3x3 is a management buck). There are mature bucks that frequent this ranch that fit this description. This will be a guided hunt where the hunter is responsible for their own food and lodging.
