* These tags are valid from November through late January on a ranch that borders the Henefer-Echo Wildlife Management Area. This is a migration hunt. Once the elk move down from the high country, the WMA and this ranch hold hundreds of elk.
* The ranch consists of 640 acres and hunters have enjoyed a high success rate for the past several years.
* All hunters will be provided with a map of the ranch and the gate access codes. Depending on how much snow has fallen by the time you choose to hunt, an ATV or snowmobile is highly recommended - if not required. The landowner is very good in allowing hunters to return as often as needed to be successful or until the season closes in late January
* These are hunt on your own tags so a guide is not required. A guided hunt is available for an additional fee.
